DeWalt DPG98-YD DeWalt Gable Yellow Mirror Lens Safety Glasses

The DeWalt DPG98-YD DeWalt Gable Yellow Mirror Lens Safety Glasses provide lightweight, wraparound eye protection designed for environments where debris and bright light are concerns. These safety glasses feature a rugged plastic frame with a full wraparound design to help shield the eyes from peripheral hazards while maintaining a low-profile fit suitable for all-day wear. The lenses are polycarbonate, offering impact resistance and 99.9% UV protection to help reduce glare and protect against sun exposure during outdoor or bright-light tasks.

A dual-mold rubber-tipped temple and a soft, rubber nosepiece contribute to secure, comfortable wear over long work sessions. The yellow mirror lenses help reduce glare and improve visibility in varying light conditions, which can be beneficial for indoor tasks with bright fixtures or outdoor projects. This model meets ANSI Z87.1+ standards, indicating a baseline level of impact resistance and safety performance suitable for many general-use industrial environments.

Practical use cases include construction, woodworking, facility maintenance, and other trades where eye protection is necessary from flying particles and UV exposure. The glasses are packaged as pairs, with a box quantity of 12 per box, and are compatible with standard PPE routines. When considering fit, users should note the wraparound frame and the non-slip components that help keep the glasses in place during movement and repetitive tasks. For maintenance, simply clean lenses with a suitable lens cleaner and inspect for scratches or frame wear to ensure continued protection.
