MCR Safety 240C .35mm PVC/Polyester 49" Coat with Detachable Hood and Corduroy Collar, Yellow

The MCR Safety 240C is a mid- to heavy-duty protective coat designed for wet or damp work environments. It combines a .35 mm PVC layer with a polyester backing to deliver waterproof protection while maintaining material durability. The coat is 49 inches long and features a detachable hood with a drawstring, a rounded corduroy collar, and a snap front closure with a storm flap for weather resistance. Wrist closures use take-up snaps to help seal the sleeve openings, and the garment includes two reach-through pockets for convenient hand access. The cape-style back with underarm air vents supports airflow to help reduce heat buildup during extended wear, contributing to wearer comfort in active or hot environments.

This Classic Plus Series coat is designed for dependable protection where splash and spray are common—from industrial cleaning tasks to wet process work. Its yellow color can aid visibility in dim or cluttered workspaces. The coat’s two-piece construction and detachable hood offer practical flexibility: remove the hood when it's not needed and rely on the durable front closure and storm flap for continued protection. The specified features—front snap closure, underarm vents, and corduroy collar—provide functional details that support daily wear, maintenance, and compatibility with other PPE layers. The packaging lists each coat as a single unit with a case quantity of 10, which can influence ordering and inventory planning for teams or facilities.
