Liberty Safety FR1340 Durawear 3-Piece Rainsuit

The Liberty Safety Durawear 3-Piece Rainsuit is a weatherproof protective suit designed for wet conditions in petrochemical, oil refining, and maintenance environments. The ensemble includes a jacket with a detachable hood, a corduroy collar, and bib-style overpants, offering full-body coverage to help keep the wearer dry during intermittent or prolonged exposure to rain and splashes.

Construction highlights include a heavy PVC reinforcement at joints, a cape vented back, and underarm air vents to promote airflow and reduce heat buildup. The garment closes with a front zipper protected by storm-fly snaps, enhancing resistance to rain intrusion. The hood is detachable for flexibility in varying weather or work scenarios. The materials listed—PVC, nylon, and PVC layers—together provide a balance of flexibility and durability, with a thickness of 0.35 mm reflecting a lightweight yet protective design.

Practical considerations for use include suitability for applications in the petrochemical and maintenance sectors where splash and spray exposure are common. The set is available in yellow, a color often chosen for visibility, and is intended for packaging as a set with a case quantity of 10. When selecting this rainsuit, verify that the sizing and fit meet your workers’ needs and consider how the detachable hood may affect layering with other PPE. Notably, the product is listed with Prop 65 compliance, which informs restrictions on certain materials; users should review site-specific regulatory requirements for use in their facilities.

For ordering, note the manufacturer part number FR1340 and the package specification indicating a single set per package, with a case quantity of 10. This information helps with inventory planning and bulk purchases.
