The Liberty Safety FR16004G Hivizgard Mesh Vest With Sleeves is a high-visibility PPE solution designed to improve conspicuity in work zones. This mesh vest construction provides lightweight breathability while incorporating protective features appropriate for active outdoor operations. Its hi-visibility green color and reflective detailing help increase visibility during low-light conditions, supporting safer movement in environments such as aviation, logistics, and transportation.
Key construction elements include a front zipper closure for easy donning and doffing, along with practical pocketing: one external pocket and two internal pockets to secure tools or small items. The design integrates two-inch-wide silver reflective tape, which enhances nighttime and low-visibility awareness. The package sizing indicates each unit is sold individually, with a typical case quantity of 36 for bulk purchasing. The garment complies with ANSI Class 3 visibility requirements based on the provided data, aligning with standards for higher-visibility apparel in demanding work environments.
When considering use, this vest is suitable for roles that demand enhanced visibility without sacrificing mobility, such as airport operations, courier tasks, and on-site material handling. It pairs with other PPE as needed to meet site safety plans and can be sized and worn over base layers as appropriate for comfort and layering in variable conditions. Maintain the garment per standard care practices for polyester hi-visibility vests and replace as the reflective tape or fabric shows signs of wear.
