Liberty Safety C16014G Hivizgard Mesh Vest With Sleeves is a hi-visibility PPE solution designed to enhance worker visibility in daytime and low-light conditions. Crafted from polyester, this vest features a front zipper closure for easy on-and-off access and quick adjustments during work tasks. The garment is finished in Hi-Vis Green and includes 2-inch wide reflective tape with contrasting trim to improve conspicuity when illuminated by lights from vehicles or equipment, supporting safer movement around job sites such as construction, assembly, and maintenance operations. The vest incorporates four external pockets, providing practical storage for tools, pens, or small accessories, which can help keep essential items within reach without additional pouches or bags.
The C16014G model adheres to ANSI Class 3 requirements, indicating a higher level of conspicuity appropriate for more complex or high-traffic environments where greater visibility is necessary. With a package size of each and a case quantity of 36, it is suitable for individual inventory use or bulk stocking for teams and projects. The design prioritizes straightforward wearability and accessible storage while maintaining visibility through the combination of color, reflective tape, and exposed pockets. For best results, users should ensure proper fit and visibility by selecting the correct size and verifying that reflective elements remain unobstructed during activity.
Applications typical to this garment include assembly, construction, and maintenance tasks where workers must be seen by others in potentially challenging surroundings. When assessing compatibility, consider work-site lighting, vehicle traffic patterns, and the need for additional PPE layers, such as head, eye, or hearing protection, to complement the vest in a comprehensive safety program.
