The Cordova VNS101 Hard Hat Neck Shade is a hi-visibility lime mesh accessory designed to provide shade and sun relief for wearers while on the job. Crafted in polyester mesh with an orange elastic head band and contrasting trim, this neck shade attaches to both cap-style and full-brim hard hats, offering versatile protection without compromising head coverage or ventilation. It is treated to be self-extinguishing and limited flame-retardant, aligning with safety-conscious environments where heat and spark exposure are factors.
Key construction features include its hi-vis lime color for visibility, a lightweight polyester mesh composition, and a one-size-fits-all design that accommodates a range of hard hat styles. The orange head band and trim detail not only enhance visibility but also help secure the shade in place during active work. This neck shade is supplied in a case quantity of 50 per case, with each unit packaged individually, supporting bulk procurement needs for safety gear inventories.
When selecting this accessory, consider its intended use for sun protection on outdoor tasks or long shifts under bright lighting, particularly in industries where headwear must remain compatible with existing hard hats. Its compatibility with cap-style and full-brim hats ensures broad applicability across job sites using Cordova or similarly shaped PPE, while the self-extinguishing/limited FR treatment adds an extra layer of safety for workers exposed to heat or sparks. Maintain awareness of sizing”advertised as one size fits all”to ensure an unobstructed fit with your specific hard hat model.
