PIP UPB-48 35"x48" 8 mil Sewn Edge Apron Blue

The PIP UPB-48 is a blue vinyl apron designed to provide barrier protection for messier, everyday tasks in industrial and maintenance settings. This sewn-edge apron measures 35 inches wide and is offered in longer lengths (45, 48, and 55 inches) to accommodate different user preferences and task requirements. The 8 mil thickness indicates a durable vinyl barrier suitable for lightweight splashes and general-purpose protection while allowing comfortable movement around the waist due to its roomy 35-inch width.

Constructed with a sewn edge, the UPB-48 delivers a clean, finished edge that helps prevent edge tearing during use. The color and material combination is a common choice for environments where outbreaks of light liquids or neat chemicals are anticipated, and the blue color can aid in quick visual identification of PPE in a work crew. This product is packaged in a dozen per bag with six dozen per case, which aligns with typical stock-keeping needs in facilities that require regular replenishment of disposable protective apparel.

When selecting a vinyl apron, users should consider task intensity, splash potential, and ease of movement around the torso. The UPB-48’s dimensions and edge construction influence how well it remains in place during bending and cleanup, while its 8 mil thickness offers a balance between flexibility and protection. For practical use, ensure proper fit by choosing the length that provides adequate front coverage without impeding mobility, and replace if the material shows signs of wear or tearing at the seams. This product is categorized for PPE applications and is compatible with standard disposable apron practices and disposal workflows.
