The PIP UG-20-45 is a green vinyl apron designed to provide lightweight splash protection in environments where liquids and light chemical CONTACTS are a concern. Made from 20 mil vinyl and offered in a 35-inch width with three sizes available, this apron helps keep clothing clean during tasks that involve liquids or staining materials, while its raw edge construction offers economical coverage suitable for general purpose use.
Key construction details include a 35" width, choice of length (45" or 50"), and a green color for visibility. The apron is equipped with grommets and cloth ties to secure it around the neck and waist, allowing for adjustable fit and easy removal when tasks are complete. The 20 mil thickness provides a balance between durability and flexibility for routine PPE use in shop, lab, or light industrial settings.
Practical considerations include straightforward maintenance and disposal since vinyl aprons are commonly wiped clean and disposed of or recycled according to local guidelines. For ordering, the package is sold in dozens, with case quantities listed as three dozens per case, which helps manage stocking for facilities that require multiple units. This product is categorized under PPE and is suitable for tasks where splash protection and barrier cleanliness are desired, such as light-duty cleaning, painting, or handling fluids in non-corrosive environments. Always verify compatibility with your specific tasks and ensure proper fit and tie adjustments before use.
