The PIP 3512 Standard Weight SBP Lab Coat is an economical choice designed to provide light to medium duty protection in cleanroom- or lab-oriented settings. It offers full-length coverage that protects from shoulder to top of the thigh, making it suitable for general laboratory work, manufacturing environments, and pharmaceutical or cleaning tasks where loosened fits are acceptable and pockets are not required.
Constructed from polypropylene, this lab coat emphasizes comfort and breathability for extended wear. It features a professional collar and snap buttons for quick donning and doffing, along with an elastic wrist cuff to help keep sleeves in place during work. The design prioritizes a secure fit while maintaining ease of movement, which can contribute to reduced risk of incidental exposure during routine procedures.
Typical use scenarios include light to moderate handling of chemicals or biological materials in labs or production areas where a disposable or economical protective layer is appropriate. The absence of pockets simplifies the garment and can aid in quick, hygienic donning and removal. Ensure appropriate sizing and fit for your specific application, and replace when visibly soiled or compromised to maintain the intended level of protection.
Packaged as a case, this white lab coat aligns with standard neutral lab attire that minimizes fabric shedding and inter-particle contamination risk in controlled environments. When selecting this coat, confirm compatibility with your existing PPE program and ensure the coat’s coverage and sleeve fit meet your procedural requirements.
