The Global Glove WL320SE is a shoulder-length thermal balaclava designed to provide versatile warmth for workers who need head, neck, and face coverage with options for wearing under helmets or on its own. Crafted from a soft 240 g/m² fleece with a breathable mouth and nose panel that incorporates mesh, it supports airflow and helps reduce eyewear fogging during use in cold environments. The design includes a self-extinguishing, flame-retardant treatment that remains effective after multiple washings, and a reflective silver accent logo enhances visibility in low-light conditions.
Multiple wearing configurations are supported by the hinged construction, enabling configurations such as a full neck-to-head balaclava, a neck-and-head cover without facial exposure, a neck gaiter with a mouth/nose cover, or a neck gaiter alone. This flexibility makes it suitable for workers who require different levels of exposure depending on task, weather, or headgear. The product is offered in one size to fit a range of users and is intended for use in industries that include baggage handling, cold storage, landscaping, material handling, outdoor sports, construction, and warehousing.
Practical considerations include its shoulder-length profile for added warmth without excessive bulk, and its compatibility with under-helmet wear where helmet fit and ventilation are considerations. The WL320SE is sold as Retail Ready, packaged in cases of 72 and dozen-per-pack respectively, and provides a spec sheet for further technical detail. This makes it a consistent choice for teams requiring reliable warmth with flame-retardant properties during cold operations and variable wearing styles.
