The Global Glove Ice Gripster Treads ITR3615 are heel-focused ice traction cleats designed to help you maintain footing on slick surfaces. Built with a rigid thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) body, these cleats use heat-treated carbon steel studs to provide dependable grip, with four studs on size medium and five on size XL, helping to anchor traction where you need it most. The adjustable hook-and-loop strap secures the device to the heel of shoes or boots, delivering a secure, comfortable fit and keeping the forefoot free to maneuver, which can be important for tasks that require vehicle operation or driving.
These cleats are intended for outdoor use in snowy or icy conditions and are not recommended for indoor use, as studs can scratch floors and may affect traction on certain surfaces. The product includes a reflective-free design and is offered in black, sizes M and XL, with a simple pair-per-package configuration and a case quantity of 36 pairs. The design prioritizes a straightforward fit and stable heel positioning, supporting reliable traction without encumbering foot movement in non-forefoot tasks.
Typical applications include contractors, delivery and service personnel, installers, landscaping crews, and trades that require secure footing on ice, as well as winter activities or light-duty industrial work where temporary traction aids are beneficial. For full technical details, refer to the downloadable spec sheet. Maintenance is straightforward: inspect the strap and studs for wear and ensure the heel remains properly seated on footwear before use.
