The Cordova RA08B48 Apron is a blue vinyl apron designed for everyday protective use in environments where lightweight splash protection is needed. Made from 8-mil vinyl, this apron offers a durable barrier against liquids while remaining flexible for comfortable wear during extended tasks. It features tied strings and sewn edges, which help secure the garment during movement and reduce edge fraying over time.
Constructed with straightforward, proven materials, the vinyl composition provides a economical option for situations where disposable or reusable protection is required. The apron is sold in case quantities of 100 each, with individual packaging, making it suitable for stocking in workrooms, kitchens, maintenance bays, or other areas where quick, simple protection is beneficial. The blue color can assist in standardizing PPE across teams or departments and may aid in identification of clean versus contaminated zones depending on your site practices.
When evaluating fit and use, consider that this is a full-length protective layer intended to shield the front of the body from light splashes. The product is listed with its material as vinyl and color as blue, with a style designation of apron. It includes standard features for durability such as sewn edges. Plan for storage and handling that keeps the vinyl from cracking or losing its protective properties, and note that the packaging is per case, 100 units, with each unit individually packaged.
Compatible use cases include light-duty spill protection in non-sterile environments, maintenance or general shop tasks, and activities where quick donning/doffing of a protective layer is advantageous. As always, verify compatibility with your facility’s safety practices and ensure the protection level meets your specific risk assessment. The stated packaging and material details are important for inventory planning and cost per unit for bulk purchases.
