The PIP 363-1RL2B is a cold-weather liner designed to be worn beneath outer workwear. Its 2-layer construction combines cotton twill with fleece for warmth, and the outer shell features a flame retardant (FR) treatment that remains effective after a single wash. The regular-length design and navy color provide a practical, versatile option for workers in environments where insulation and protection from heat-related hazards may be considerations. An insulated ear barrier and a reflective silver strip enhance visibility and warmth retention in outdoor or dimly lit work sites. The product is sized as one size fits most, with packaging configured as individual units and a case quantity of 72 for stocking and bulk purchasing.
Construction and distinguishing features include the dual-layer fabric approach (cotton twill outer layer with fleece interior) and the FR-treated outer shell, intended to offer warmth while addressing potential flame exposure scenarios. The FR treatment is specified as effective after one wash, which matters for maintenance planning and lifecycle expectations in settings where laundering occurs. The inclusion of an insulated ear barrier and reflective strip adds practical utility for workers moving between indoor and outdoor tasks or areas with variable lighting.
Typical applications span cold-weather work conditions such as construction, woodworking, refineries, oil drilling, maintenance, and mining, where workers may benefit from added warmth alongside FR-treated protection. When selecting this liner, consider its regular length and one-size-fit-most approach for sizing, and plan for individual packaging with a case quantity of 72 for stocking in PPE cabinets or supply rooms. For procurement, the product is cataloged under the PIP brand with the manufacturer part number 363-1RL2B and color Navy.
