PIP 399-HG20 Boss Therm Heated Glove Liner

The PIP 399-HG20 Boss Therm heated glove liner is designed to help keep hands warm without compromising finger dexterity. It is a one-size-fits-all liner intended to be worn under any glove, with a soft 4-way stretch fabric that conforms to the hand. A heating element on the back of the hand warms the blood as it circulates, providing targeted warmth while preserving tactile performance for tasks requiring precision. The liner includes an extended cuff to block drafts and snow, helping to maintain warmth in cold work conditions.

Operational versatility is provided by three temperature settings—Low (green), Medium (blue), and High (red)—to match job demands and comfort preferences. Two USB-rechargeable Li-Ion batteries supply heat for up to 2.5 hours on the low setting, with a battery recharge time of roughly 2–2.5 hours. The heating elements are designed for repeated laundering, with an expectation of 50+ machine-wash cycles, supporting routine maintenance in demanding work environments. Replacement batteries are available separately (399-GLVBT) for extended use without replacing the liner itself.

Typical applications involve cold-weather tasks where glove-wearing is required, and users need sustained warmth without losing hand movement control. The package is configured as a pair and ships in cases typically prepared for warehouse or distribution settings, with a one-size-fit approach intended to fit most users. Always follow battery charging and washing instructions to maintain performance and avoid damage to the heating elements.
