The MCR Safety LST1G FR Gear shirt is a flame-resistant long-sleeve option designed for jobs where electrical safety and fire risk are present. Crafted from 100% FR cotton at 6.5 ounces, this pullover gray shirt provides CAT2 protection with an ATPV rating of 10.6 cal/cm², aligning with NFPA 2112 and NFPA 70E requirements. Each garment is UL Certified and carries a lifetime FR guarantee, reflecting MCR Safety’s commitment to reliable flame-resistant performance.
Construction details include a single outer chest pocket and a straightforward pullover closure, prioritizing simple wearability while maintaining FR integrity. The documented ATPV and NFPA compatibility help users match the garment to recognized hazard assessments and electrical safety guidelines on the job, offering a clearly defined level of protection without extrapolating beyond the tested rating.
Practical use considerations include selecting this gray FR shirt for environments where AR plastic laminates, sparks, or minor arc flash scenarios may occur, and where a lightweight yet protective fabric is preferred. The product is packaged as individual units, with a case quantity of 24, helping teams manage inventory for shared FR apparel.
