The Occunomix RQ300 Classic Regular Length Quilted Nylon Green is a cold-weather head-and-ear protection solution designed to help keep workers warm in cooler environments. It features a 100% quilted nylon shell with a 4mm foam center layer for added insulation and a fleece lining for added comfort. The product integrates an insulated ear barrier with DuPontTM TyvekTM‑lined warming pockets to help shield the ears from chilly conditions while maintaining breathability and flexibility during movement. This three-layer construction balances warmth and compressibility, making it suitable for use in outdoor or drafty indoor settings where light-to-moderate insulation is beneficial.
Construction details emphasize a lightweight, sturdy outer shell paired with a foam insulation core and soft interior lining. The Tyvek-lined warming pockets and insulated ear barrier are distinctive features intended to provide targeted warmth at the ears without adding excessive bulk. The item is offered in green and is sized and packaged for industrial use, with a packaging size of Each and a case quantity of 120 units, aligning with common stock-and-distribution practices for PPE accessories.
Potential use scenarios include outdoor work, cold storage, loading docks, and other environments where workers need reliable head and ear warmth without restricting movement. Practically, operators should consider compatibility with other PPE layers and ensure proper fit to maximize warmth while maintaining hearing and situational awareness. For ordering, note the product’s standard packaging configuration (Each) and case quantity (120) to plan inventory and replenishment. The included spec sheet provides additional technical details for procurement workflows.
