The Occunomix LM660 Premium Mid-Length Fleece Lined Cotton with Mouthpiece is a mid-length, FR-treated work hood designed to combine warmth with basic respiratory protection benefits. The exterior features 100% cotton twill that is treated for flame resistance up to the point of washing, offering a degree of protection in environments where heat and sparks are present. Inside, a fleece lining provides insulation and comfort, which can help workers stay warm in cooler work settings. An integrated insulation system includes ear barriers and Tyvek-lined warming pockets, constructed to help reduce heat loss around the ears and hands while on the job. A removable mouthpiece adds flexibility for tasks requiring breath control or draft protection, and the design is described as having two layers to enhance warmth and overall comfort.
This garment is specified as FR treated, which means the fabric is designed to meet flame-resistance expectations for initial exposure conditions, though exact performance metrics are not provided in the data. The LM660 is offered per each unit, with a case quantity of 72 when ordered in bulk, making it suitable for department-wide or crew-sized provisioning. The removable mouthpiece can be detached when not needed, enabling a simpler profile for certain tasks or easier cleaning and maintenance. The mid-length cut provides broader coverage of the head and neck area compared with shorter hood styles, while maintaining mobility for active work.
When selecting this item, consider the fit and compatibility with other PPE you may be using, as well as the care requirements implied by FR-treated fabrics and fleece lining. The product is listed under the Occunomix brand with the model LM660, and it is sold in individual packaging or as part of a larger batch depending on ordering needs.
