The PIP 58-8240DD ProCoat PVC Dipped Glove with Jersey Liner offers versatile protection for handling oily materials in demanding environments. This 14-inch glove features a double-dipped PVC coating over a Jersey-lined fabric, delivering enhanced liquid resistance and improved wear, while the sandy finish aids wet grip. The Jersey inner lining provides comfortable, moderate insulation for extended wear, and the straight cuff adds length to help shield the forearm from liquid runoff. The black color helps conceal dirt between cleanings, supporting a cleaner appearance in dirty or oily work settings.
Designed for use in mining, construction, refining, petrochemicals, and other applications where oily materials are common, these gloves balance protection with dexterity for tasks that require precise handling alongside splash or spill exposure. The ProCoat construction delivers durable liquid barrier performance, and the double dipping is intended to extend glove life under abrasive or wet conditions. Proper selection should consider fit, size, and the degree of exposure to oils and chemicals, as well as the need for wrist and forearm coverage provided by the longer cuff.
This product is packaged in dozens per pack, with six dozen per case, aligning with batching needs for industrial operations. It is important to verify sizing and compatibility with your tasks, as well as maintenance practices that maximize glove longevity, such as appropriate cleaning and inspection routines. While color and finish aid in dirt concealment and grip, users should not rely on color alone for indicating performance or chemical resistance, and should consult material safety data sheets and workplace protocols for comprehensive risk assessment.
