The PIP 58-8030DD ProCoat PVC Dipped Glove with Jersey Liner combines a durable PVC coating with a comfortable jersey lining to support extended wear in challenging wet or oily environments. The double-dipped construction provides enhanced liquid protection and helps extend glove life, while the black color helps conceal dirt between cleanings. The coated surface offers improved grip in wet conditions, supporting secure handling of oily materials and messy workloads typical in mining, construction, refining, and petrochemical settings. The straight cuff adds extra forearm protection by reducing liquid run-off onto the sleeve, contributing to overall hand and arm coverage during mixed tasks.
Constructed as a supported glove, the ProCoat series leverages a Jersey liner for comfort and moderate insulation without compromising dexterity. The glove is designed to balance grip, protection, and wearer comfort for tasks that involve frequent contact with liquids and oily substances. Documented EN 388 ratings indicate the gloves performance in abrasion, cut, tear, and puncture resistance, which can help inform decisions where glove durability and protection levels are relevant to the job. The product is packaged by dozen, with six dozen per case, which aligns with common distribution and fulfillment needs in industrial supply.
Ideal use scenarios include handling oily materials and performing tasks in mining, construction, refining, and petrochemical operations where moisture, oils, and splash exposure are considerations. When selecting size and fit, refer to common sizing practices for dipped gloves and consider the jacket style of the cuff to ensure adequate forearm coverage. The material composition and coating choice should be matched to the specific liquids and textures encountered on the job to balance grip, protection, and comfort across shifts.
