PIP 56-AG588 ActivGrip Nitrile Coated Glove with Cotton Liner and MicroFinish Grip - Safety Cuff

The PIP 56-AG588 ActivGrip Nitrile Coated Glove with Cotton Liner and MicroFinish Grip is a general-purpose work glove designed for handling oily parts, metal work, and assembly tasks where dexterity and grip are important. The glove combines a nitrile coating with a cotton inner lining to balance protection and comfort during extended wear, while a safety cuff facilitates easy donning and removal.

The MicroFinish coating delivers improved grip in dry, wet, and oily conditions by enabling a suction-cup–like mechanism that adapts to the surface being touched. This finish also provides good resistance to liquid permeation, helping keep hands drier when working with lubricants or solvents encountered in typical industrial settings. The seamless cotton liner aids fit and comfort, supporting prolonged use without sacrificing tactile response.

Documented protection features include enhanced puncture and abrasion resistance, supported by EN 388 ratings that indicate moderate protection against abrasion (4), tears (2), punctures (1), and a low-cut score (1). The glove is constructed in a gray, supported format and is sized for standard industrial use. It is packaged in dozens, with six dozen per case, making it suitable for stocking in facilities with regular glove usage. Users should consider the specific task requirements and chemical exposure when selecting this glove, as the data reflects general performance characteristics rather than task-specific certification.
