The PIP 50G QRP Qualatherm Heat & Cold Resistant Electrostatic Dissipative (ESD) glove is designed for challenging handling tasks in controlled environments. With a 14-inch ambidextrous design, the glove supports extended wear and reduces replacement costs by allowing use on either hand. It combines a PBI outer shell with a nylon/wool lining, delivering resistance to a wide temperature range and helping keep surfaces free of char, ash, or residue up to dry contact temperatures of 210°F to 1400°F ( -134°C to 760°C ). This combination is suitable for applications that involve diffusion furnaces, quartz wafer boats, liquid gas flasks, and hot/dry glassware handling, where both mechanical protection and thermal tolerance are important. The glove is engineered to be compatible with ISO 5 (Class 100) cleanroom environments, reflecting strict particulate control while maintaining ESD safety.
