The ProStat 2454 Woven Adhesive Bandage is a latex-free bandage designed for quick, secure wound coverage. Its woven construction provides flexibility and conformity to the body while maintaining mechanical integrity during movement, making it suitable for everyday first aid needs in workplaces, facilities, and general environments where minor injuries occur.
This bandage measures 3/4 inch by 3 inches, and is packaged in boxes containing 100 bandages, with a case quantity of 12 boxes. The latex-free composition is an important consideration for individuals with latex sensitivities or allergies, reducing the risk of latex-related irritation during dressing changes. By using a woven fabric bandage with adhesive, it offers a reliable dressing option that adheres to clean, dry skin without the need for additional tape or fasteners.
Ideal use scenarios include minor cuts, scrapes, and abrasions where a discreet, low-profile dressing is preferred. For best results, ensure the skin is clean and dry before application, and replace the bandage if it becomes wet, dirty, or loose. This product is compatible with common first aid supplies and can be integrated into general workplace first aid kits or EMS-ready kits, with sizing that supports quick dressing of small to mid-sized wounds.
Packaging details note the box quantity of 100 and case quantity of 12, which informs stocking and reorder planning for facilities maintaining standardized first aid inventories. Maintenance considerations are minimal, focusing on proper storage away from moisture and direct sunlight to preserve adhesive properties and fabric integrity.
