The CGW 70030 is a 4-1/2 inch diameter, 7/8 inch arbor non-woven surface conditioning disc designed for material removal and finishing tasks on a variety of substrates. This maroon medium grade disc is impregnated with abrasive grain to deliver consistent cutting action while helping to maintain a longer working life and reducing loading during use. Its construction supports use on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium and their alloys, as well as fiberglass, plastic and glass fiber, making it a versatile choice for general surface conditioning and deburring applications. It is designed to achieve a medium finish roughly corresponding to a 180 grit, which offers a balance between material removal rate and surface smoothness for many facility maintenance tasks.
