The CGW 70008 Blue Very Fine Non-Woven Hook & Loop Surface Conditioning Disc is a 4-1/2 inch abrasive disc designed for blend and finish work on a variety of materials. The disc is impregnated with aluminum oxide abrasive grain, distributed through a non-woven fiber layer, and mounted on a hook-and-loop backing for quick attachment and easy changes during finishing operations. The very fine grade corresponds to roughly a 320 grit finish, offering a refined surface texture suitable for light deburring, cleaning, and satin finishing tasks on metals and certain non-metals.

Construction emphasizes durability and resistance to loading, helping maintain consistent material removal and longer service life compared with less robust conditioning products. This disc is intended for use on common workpiece materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium and alloys, as well as fiberglass, plastic, and glass fiber composites. For practical use, select the Very Fine grade when a smooth, hairline finish or light smoothing is needed after initial shaping or deburring.
