The CGW 59741 3" Dia Heavy Duty Roll-On Brown Coarse Non-Woven Quick Change Surface Conditioning Disc is designed for aggressive finishing, deburring, and rust/burr removal on stainless steel and various metals. This roll-on disc features a non-woven brown coarse abrasive surface that is equivalent to a 120 grit finish, enabling rapid material removal and surface conditioning in demanding cleanup tasks. Its quick-change design supports efficient disc changes on compatible tools, helping to reduce downtime in production or maintenance environments.
Constructed for heavy-duty use, this disc delivers faster working life than standard discs while maintaining effective cutting action across ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It is part of CGW’s Finish Pro and Premium lines, offering options tailored to different finishing goals—from economy to high-performance cleaning and finishing. The coarse brown grade makes it suitable for blending, deburring, and surface preparation where aggressive material removal is required without compromising control.
Practical applications include preparing metal surfaces for coating, removing burrs from welds, and conditioning edges on stainless steel or other metals in fabrication, maintenance, or maintenance-repair operations. The disc is specified as 3 inches in diameter, with a RPM rating of up to 20,000, and is packaged as individual discs in boxes of 25, enabling orderly stocking and rotation in shop or job-site environments. Ensure use with compatible roll-on tool hardware and verify that the disc size and RPM rating match your equipment to maintain performance and safety standards.
