The Safehouse Signs PS-17A Stop Stop Paddle Sign is a handheld traffic control device designed for temporary messaging and directional signaling in facility environments. Its 18-inch aluminum panel provides a sturdy, visible surface for clear communication, with the option of an engineer-grade reflective or non-reflective finish to suit lighting conditions and visibility requirements. The sign is paired with a 10-inch wooden handle, offering a comfortable grip for extended handling and reduces fatigue during use.
Construction details specify a .040 gauge aluminum panel, contributing to a durable yet lightweight tool suitable for frequent hand signaling, flagging, or area control. The PS-17A is equipped with hardware included for quick setup and reliable operation. This model is categorized for facility maintenance and related applications where portable, temporary signage is needed to convey stop or caution instructions in pedestrian and vehicle-adjacent zones.
Typical use scenarios include work zones, warehouse aisles, entry points, and temporary re-routing of traffic or personnel flow. When selecting, consider the environment’s lighting and whether reflective visibility is required for higher-traffic or low-light conditions. Note that this specific configuration is a single 18-inch sign with a wooden handle, and it is provided as an individual package. The product identity is SHSPS-17A with the listed material and sizing, and no additional variations are assumed beyond the included hardware.
