The Safehouse Signs LT-1005 Danger This Tag & Lock To Be Removed Only By The Person Tag is a laminated 6x3 inch bilingual tag designed for facility maintenance environments. It serves as a readily visible tag to indicate that a lockout or tagout procedure is in effect and should only be removed by the assigned individual, helping to communicate accountability and control within maintenance activities.
Construction features a heavy-duty 10 mil tag board base with a 20 mil seamless plastic lamination. This combination provides moisture, chemical, weather, and tear resistance, making the tag suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The tag is supplied in packs of 10 and includes a 5 inch grommet to facilitate secure attachment to lanyards, chains, or lockout devices, ensuring it remains visible and properly affixed during operations.
Users should consider the tag’s bilingual design for multilingual workplaces where clear, quick communication is essential. The combination of robust lamination and standard 6x3 size supports durability in typical facility maintenance workflows, including routine lockout/tagout procedures. When selecting labels, verify that the tag’s size and mounting hardware align with your equipment and facility requirements, and ensure proper storage and handling to preserve lamination integrity between uses.
