The Ergo Advantage A3-B Side Female Black Edging is a modular edge trim designed to define and protect workspaces while reducing trip hazards in dry environments. Crafted from recycled PVC, this edging combines a black color with a distinct ergonomic dome texture to provide a low-profile, visually clean boundary that interfaces with adjacent flooring. Its side-female configuration enables secure interlocking with compatible edging components, supporting a seamless installations where multiple pieces meet at joints.
Key construction features include a one-inch thickness at the highest point, with a patented ergonomic dome texture that contributes to a comfortable, non-slip feel along the edging edge. The product is Class 1 fire-rated and is designed for quick installation with click-together tiles, which helps reduce downtime during floor boundary updates. A slope is incorporated to minimize trip hazards, and the edging is fully recyclable, aligning with sustainability goals. A 20-year warranty provides long-term confidence in performance when installed as part of a compliant facility maintenance plan.
This edge piece is intended for dry-use settings and requires a relief cut for cord management where cables or hoses run along the boundary. It is customizable in color to fit specific design requirements and is sold per piece, with a case quantity of 10 pieces per box.
