The Crown Matting Wonder-Pro 3'x10' Charcoal Entrance Matting is a plush olefin mat designed to help protect interior flooring by removing moisture and fine dust at the point of entry. Its moisture-barrier vinyl backing provides a moisture barrier beneath the mat, contributing to floor protection in high-traffic areas while maintaining a comfortable, low-profile profile for door clearance. The Wonder-Pro line is known for its dense construction and color versatility, with charcoal chosen to coordinate with a variety of interiors and palettes.
Constructed to retain more liquid and fine dirt than standard entry mats, this mat is sized at 3 feet by 10 feet with a thickness of 7/16 inch, making it suitable for standard storefront and office doorways. The mat’s performance characteristics align with its role as a wiper that captures surface-level moisture and particulates, helping to reduce the amount of contaminants tracked into facilities. The product is offered in a large, single-piece format (package size: Each) to simplify installation and maintenance in busy entry spaces.
For best results, place the mat across frequently used entrances to establish a first line of defense against moisture and fine dust. Routine maintenance typically involves regular cleaning to prevent saturation and to preserve the mat’s wicking performance. Compatibility considerations are tied to doorway dimensions and the need for a compatible backing and surface finish; ensure the 3' x 10' footprint and 7/16" thickness fit the entrance recess and door clearance for seamless operation.
