The Crown Matting GSR0072NB Rely-On Olefin 6'x60' Navy Blue Entrance Matting is an economical wiper mat designed to help keep interiors cleaner by retaining water and fine dust before it enters a building. Its navy blue tone offers a versatile, low-profile appearance suitable for a variety of storefronts and commercial spaces, while the long 6' by 60' format provides substantial coverage at entryways and transitions.
Construction details indicate a 3/8 inch thickness with a vinyl backing moisture barrier that helps protect flooring from moisture and wear in high-traffic areas. The mat is designed to absorb moisture efficiently, holding up to 1 gallon of water per square yard, which translates to extended effectiveness between cleanings and reduced outdoor tracking. This makes it a practical choice for small to mid-size entrances where an affordable, easy-to-maintain solution is prioritized.
Practical considerations include straightforward maintenance and replacement formatting for linear entryways. The 6' width and 60' length enable flexible installation in standard doorway configurations, and the navy color helps conceal minor soiling between cleanings. As a facility-maintenance option, this mat aligns with budget-conscious projects while delivering essential wet-dust control at the threshold.
