The Crown Matting BD 3239YB Disinfectant Boot Bath is a 32" x 39" heavy-duty mat designed to sanitize footwear and help minimize cross-contamination at entry points. This boot bath-style mat incorporates an aggressive rubber fingertip surface that scrapes the bottom of boots as they pass over the mat, aiding in removing debris and reducing the transfer of contaminants into clean workspaces. A 2" raised wall containing the disinfectant solution helps prevent splash and keeps the sanitizing fluid in place during use. The mat’s color configuration is Black with Yellow accents, which can assist in high-visibility cueing in busy facilities. The base construction is described as SBR rubber, supporting durability under repeated, heavy-duty use typical of facility-maintenance environments.
The BD 3239YB is intended for environments where footwear disinfection is a concern, such as clean zones, labs, food processing areas, or any space that benefits from reducing cross-contamination from footwear. When selecting this product, consider how the boot-sanitizing action integrates with your facility’s hygiene protocol and whether you require a mat with a high-traffic capacity and splash-control features. The 32" by 39" footprint fits standard entryways and work cell transitions, with a 2" thickness providing a stable, low-profile surface that stays in place over time. For installation and upkeep, ensure the disinfectant solution compatible with the rubber material is regularly replenished and the mat is cleaned per facility guidelines to maintain effectiveness and longevity.
