The Crown Matting XT 0036RG Ergo X-Treme is a heavy-duty anti-fatigue mat designed for demanding wet and oily work areas. Its 39"x78" black and yellow construction provides a large stepping surface that helps reduce fatigue for workers who stand for extended periods, while the molded nitrile composition offers oil and grease resistance to maintain grip and longevity in challenging environments. The Ergo X-Treme line emphasizes durability and practicality, including an efficient drainage system that supports consistent drainage and adherence on oily floors, helping to keep work zones cleaner and safer.
Key features include a 3/4" thick mat construction built to withstand tough conditions, and a modular tile approach that supports reconfiguration to adapt to changing layouts or workflow requirements. The color combination of black with yellow accents aids visibility of the mat edges and edges of the work area, which can assist in navigation and safety planning around the matting. The mat is sized at 39 inches by 78 inches and is offered in a single “each” package, suitable for installing as a large ramp-in area or door-entry solution in industrial settings where standing relief and oil-resistant performance matter.
Practical considerations for use include deploying in wet or oily zones where spills are common, or around machinery with regular lubrication that demands easy drainage and slip resistance. Keep in mind that this mat is designed for prolonged standing comfort and durability in harsh environments, and its modular design allows you to configure the mat layout as workspace needs evolve. For maintenance, routine cleaning to prevent buildup will help preserve the mat’s grip and drainage performance over time.
