The Crown Matting XT 0039GB Ergo X-Treme is a heavy-duty, oil- and grease-proof ergonomic mat designed for demanding wet or oily work environments. This 39"x114" black mat with yellow detailing is built to provide durable footing while supporting long periods of standing. The modular tile concept offers flexibility to reconfigure the mat layout as work spaces or workflows evolve, helping maintain a stable work surface even as layouts change.
Construction emphasis centers on 100% molded nitrile material, which resists oils and greases encountered in industrial settings. The grit-safe drain-through feature contributes to surface traction and facilitates drainage, reducing slip risk on slick floors while maintaining adherence. The color combination (black with yellow accents) helps with visibility and demarcation of work areas, while the 3/4 inch thickness balances cushion with stability for varied standing tasks.
Intended uses include facilities and manufacturing floors where workers stand for extended periods and encounter oily or wet conditions. For installation and maintenance, consider the modular tile approach to tailor the mat to your space, and plan for periodic inspection of drainage performance and surface cleanliness to preserve grip. Packaging is defined per mat unit, with the product identified by Crown Matting’s part number CROXT 0039GB, aiding cataloging and replacement ordering.
