The Crown Matting Safewalk is a heavy-duty rubber entrance mat designed to withstand high-traffic areas while providing drainage and cushioned support for workers who stand for extended periods. Featuring a black surface with yellow border accents, this 3-Sides 38" x 64" mat helps define matting zones and directs water and debris away from walked surfaces. The square-edged construction supports a clean, flush transition with surrounding flooring and helps minimize trip hazards in active entryways and workspaces.
Constructed from robust rubber, Safewalk incorporates circular drain-through holes that promote efficient water drainage and debris release. This design combination contributes to a longer service life in damp or spill-prone environments and reduces the need for frequent interim maintenance. The 7/8" thickness provides a balance of support and flexibility, helping to alleviate discomfort associated with prolonged standing while troops or staff perform routine tasks at doorways, loading docks, or assembly lines. The unit is sized at 38 inches by 64 inches, with a sizing and packaging described as an individual mat, enabling straightforward replacement and modular use in larger matting configurations.
Practical considerations for use include placing the mat in high-traffic zones where water or debris is encountered, ensuring full coverage to maximize drainage benefits, and aligning borders for visibility with the yellow edge to aid in hazard awareness. While the data does not specify compatibility with other matting systems or long-term maintenance schedules, standard cleaning with non-abrasive methods is typically appropriate. The mat is sold as a single unit (Each) with a color designation of Black with Yellow borders, suitable for facilities that need a durable, clearly defined entry-mway surface without complex installation requirements.
