The Crown Matting TS6W036BK-60 is an economical anti-fatigue mat designed to provide relief from standing fatigue in work areas. This 3-foot by 60-foot mat features a 5/8-inch-thick closed-cell PVC sponge core, offering a cushioned surface that helps reduce knee, foot, and ankle stress for caregivers, line workers, and other personnel who stand for extended periods. The rib-surface texture on this Tuff-Spun mat is intended to offer improved grip and slip resistance compared with hard floor surfaces, contributing to a safer standing environment on concrete, tile, or similar floorings in facilities or assembly lines. The black color and compact ribbed profile help conceal minor soiling while maintaining practicality in high-traffic areas.
Constructed as a relatively economical option in facility maintenance, the TS6W036BK-60 emphasizes comfort without requiring premium materials. The closed-cell PVC sponge core helps dampen vibration and provides insulation from cold floors, which can enhance operator comfort over long shifts. As a 60-foot roll with a three-foot width in a single piece, it supports continuous installation along workstations, production lines, or entryways where long runs of matting are desirable. When selecting this mat, consider the foot traffic level and cleaning routine, as the closed-cell foam can be impacted by certain solvents or aggressive cleaners; routine cleaning and moisture management help preserve tread and appearance.
This mat is compatible with standard maintenance practices for facility floors and is sized to fit common 3' workstation or doorway applications while offering easy roll-out for installation. Packaging is listed as per each unit, with a 60' length providing a continuous surface in a single piece for fewer seams. Regular maintenance, including dry or damp wiping, helps extend usable life and keeps the ribbed surface functional for slip resistance in wet or dry conditions.
