The Crown Matting KS 0023BK Safe-Flow Plus is a drainage matting solution designed for oily and greasy environments. Its primary function is to provide continuous drainage and a comfortable standing surface in work areas where liquids such as water, oil, grease, chemicals, and animal fats are present. This matting is offered in black and measures 2 feet by 3 feet with a thickness of 3/8 inch, making it suitable for standard floor elevations without creating trip hazards or uneven transitions.
Constructed as a versatile drainage mat, Safe-Flow Plus is intended to resist the spread of liquids and to promote footing stability under slippery conditions. The product’s design emphasizes drainage performance and resilience in settings where slick residues are common, helping to reduce fatigue for workers who stand for extended periods. While the documentation does not specify materials or construction details, the product is positioned as a classic, adaptable option within Crown Matting’s lineup for facility maintenance applications.
Common use scenarios include production floors, food handling areas, and other wet or oily environments where a durable, easy-to-clean mat is desirable. The packaging indicates a single-mat configuration (package size: Each), and the size is compatible with standard 2' x 3' floor installations. End users should consider routine cleaning and inspection to maintain drainage effectiveness, and ensure the mat sits flat to prevent roll or edge lifting in high-traffic zones.
