The Crown Matting CD 0312DG is an industrial deck-plate style anti-fatigue mat designed for dry-area workstations where light oils or chemicals may be present. It provides a cushioned surface to help reduce knee, foot, and ankle discomfort that can accompany long periods of standing, supporting workers during extended shifts without compromising footing.
Construction features a deck-plate surface fused to an industrial-grade PVC foam backing, delivering a combination of stability and comfort. The gray mat is specified in a 3' x 12' format with a thickness of 9/16 inch, offering a substantial feel underfoot while maintaining a relatively low profile for doorways and equipment access. This backing material is chosen to contribute to a stable, slip-resistant surface, helping to mitigate common hazards in dry environments where light chemicals are used.
Common use scenarios include manufacturing stations, packaging lines, and assembly areas where workers stand for long periods but the environment remains dry with occasional light oil or chemical exposure. The mat’s size, color, and deck-plate texture make it easy to integrate into existing floor layouts, with a package size of Each and a single, continuous surface suitable for alignment across long workbenches or stations. Regular maintenance—keeping the surface clean and free of debris—helps maintain traction and comfort over time.
Standard compatibility considerations include placement over dry, clean floors and ensuring the mat lies flat to prevent tripping hazards. While the data does not specify mounting or edge accessories, users should verify fit within their specific workstation footprints and clearance requirements. This product is identified by Crown Matting, with the manufacturer part number CROCD 0312DG and the color gray.
