The Zing Green 7116E RecycLockout Station offers a dedicated, centralized solution for organizing lockout/tagout gear in facilities that prioritize recycled-content products. Built in the USA from recycled, impact-resistant plastic, this station AV supports easy access to padlocks, hasps, safety tags, and cables ties, helping maintenance teams implement lockout procedures efficiently. The unit’s construction is UL validated for recycled content, providing assurance about its material provenance while maintaining durability for daily use in industrial environments. Its dual-hook design is engineered to accommodate padlocks with either 1.5-inch or 3-inch shackles, and each hook can hold two padlocks or hasps, with the added option of securing padlocks directly to the hooks for extra security.
With a substantial storage capacity, the board measures 23 inches high by 23 inches wide and is designed to hold up to 56 padlocks, 8 hasps, and 10 safety tags with ties. This capacity makes it suitable for facilities with frequent lockout/tagout activity or shared maintenance spaces where multiple workers may require ready access to all necessary devices. The unstocked status indicates that the station ships without contents, allowing facilities to customize the specific padlock and tag assortments to their procedures and compliance needs.
In practical terms, the RecycLockout Station supports organized, compliant lockout processes by providing a single, clearly labeled location for essential items. Its compatibility with common shackle sizes and its sturdy, recycled-plastic construction help facilities manage readiness and accountability in daily maintenance tasks. Packaged as a single unit, it is intended to be mounted as a stationary storage solution in maintenance rooms, tool cribs, or near energy-control points, ready to be stocked with the organization’s preferred padlocks, hasps, and tags.
