Zing Green 7113E RecycLockout Lockout Station, 3 Padlock, Unstocked

The Zing Green ZIN7113E Lockout Station is a compact, ready-access solution for organizing lockout/tagout supplies in facilities. Designed to hold padlocks, hasps, safety tags with ties, and cable ties, this station helps maintain orderly access to essential lockout gear. It is constructed in the USA from recycled, impact-resistant plastic and is UL Validated for recycled content, aligning with sustainability goals while providing durable, long-lasting performance in industrial settings. The board measures 11 inches by 11 inches and is configured to hold up to 6 padlocks, 4 lockout hasps, and 3 safety tags with ties. Its dual-storage hooks accommodate a variety of lockout components, with the added security of pads being able to lock to the hooks if needed. The design accommodates padlocks with either 1.5-inch or 3-inch shackles, offering flexibility for different lock sizes used in your facility.

Having a unstocked station means that the product is ready for your ordering process and can be stocked with your preferred brands and quantities of locks, hasps, and tags. This approach supports customization while ensuring that your team has a centralized location to retrieve the tools necessary to implement lockout/tagout procedures efficiently. When selecting this station, consider the typical inventory you maintain and the space available for an 11" x 11" board, ensuring that the layout supports the number of padlocks, hasps, and tags you routinely deploy.
