The Reece Safety RLROLL51-100 is a ready-to-use supply of LOCKED OUT - DO NOT OPERATE tags designed for rapid access in lockout/tagout workflows. Each roll holds 100 individual tags, conveniently housed in an octagon-shaped cardboard dispenser that keeps a large quantity readily pullable for quick tagging during maintenance or shutdown tasks. The unitized roll format helps minimize tag handling time and reduces the risk of losing or misplacing individual tags in busy facilities.
Tags measure 6 inches high by 3 inches wide and include a 3/8-inch mounting hole, enabling straightforward attachment to valves, switches, or energy sources as part of standard lockout/tagout procedures. The packaging design features a perforated center hole (1 1/2 inches) for mounting the roll in compatible holders or dispensers, which supports efficient replenishment and orderly storage at workstations, maintenance bays, or industrial plant floors. The product is explicitly labeled with the message LOCKED OUT - DO NOT OPERATE to clearly communicate status to workers and reduce the chance of accidental energization during servicing.
Practical use of this roll involves pulling off tags as needed while maintaining consistent tagging practices across shifts or teams. Because the tags come in a roll rather than loose sheets, they can be quickly accessed in time-sensitive situations, supporting safer and more organized lockout/tagout processes. Compatibility notes indicate a standard 6 x 3 inch tag size with a common mounting hole; however, ensure that your dispenser or mounting fixtures accommodate the octagonal roll format and perforated center for mounting. This product is categorized under Facility Maintenance and is suitable for facilities looking to stock a large, ready-to-use tag supply for recurring shutdowns or maintenance work.
