The Quantum QMD-36H-240BK is a mobile, double-sided louvered rack designed to organize small parts and bins in compact industrial spaces. Built from heavy-duty 16-gauge cold-rolled steel and finished with a gray enamel coating, this unit is reinforced for durability in demanding environments. It rides on a four-caster base with two rigid 5" wheels and two swivel 5" wheels, the latter pair equipped with brakes to secure the rack during loading, unloading, and bin reconfiguration. Handles on both sides allow easy maneuvering, while the open double-sided design facilitates access from either side of the aisle or workstation. The system ships with 56 black polypropylene Ultra bins, each with a 65 lb capacity when mounted, featuring front, side, and back grips for quick attachment and removal and built-in rear hangers to customize bin arrangement along the rack. An open hopper front design provides convenient access to contents, and large molded-in label slots support straightforward part identification and organization. The total unit supports a load capacity of 1,200 lb, making it suitable for garages, warehouses, packing stations, or shipping and receiving areas where frequent reconfiguration and mobility are beneficial.
