The Universal UNV12113 File Folders are a dependable, letter-size filing solution designed for busy offices. Each folder is made from 11-point Manila stock, offering a sturdy yet lightweight option for organizing documents in a box or filing cabinet. The bottom is triple-scored to resist sag as papers accumulate, helping maintain a neat, flat filing surface over time. An undercut at the tabs increases available indexing space, enabling larger or more detailed labels to be visible at a glance and improving overall document retrieval efficiency.
These 1/3 cut top-tab folders provide quick access to contents while keeping papers securely in place. The Manila color and classic construction make them suitable for standard office filing workflows, from active files to archived records. They are supplied in a box of 100 folders, which supports medium to large-volume filing needs and simplifies restocking. While no optional accessories or coatings are specified, the straightforward design emphasizes durability and ease of use in everyday document management.
Ideal use scenarios include general correspondence, project folders, client files, and department binders where consistent labeling and reliable structure are important. The 11-point Manila material offers a balance between rigidity and flexibility for regular handling, and the top-tab 1/3 cut allows room for longer file names without obstructing adjacent tabs. Packaging as a 100-count box helps maintain inventory control and minimizes trip hazards from frequent reorders.
