Wrap Tite BB0685 is a case of bubble out bags designed to protect shipped items with a burst-resistant, air-filled interior. These bags provide cushioning by maintaining inflated bubbles to absorb impact during handling and transit, helping to minimize damage to contents. The bags feature a 1/2" peel-and-seal adhesive closure, which offers a secure seal that helps resist tampering and provides water resistance once closed, contributing to product integrity during storage and shipping.
Constructed from polyethylene, the bags combine tear and puncture resistance with long-lasting air retention to keep the protective bubble layer intact throughout handling. The combination of a 1" lip with a 0.5" tape strip supports easy, reliable sealing and helps ensure a consistent closure across bags in each case. This packaging solution is suitable for protecting a variety of small to mid-sized items that require gentle handling and cushioning against abrasion, impact, and moisture exposure.
Typically used in fulfillment, parcel, or warehouse packing workflows, Wrap Tite bubble out bags are convenient for single-use protective wrapping for products that are susceptible to surface damage. The current specification indicates a case quantity of 650 bags, with a case configuration intended for case-level purchase and warehouse stocking. When planning packaging, verify your bag size and seal method aligns with item dimensions and packing workflow to maintain efficient packing and protect items from transit-related risks.
