Vestil TG-800-S-H-144-144 PVC Vinyl Strip Door provides a flexible, cost-effective barrier for temperature control, dust, and noise reduction in industrial and commercial settings. The standard overlap header mounting design creates a durable, transparent curtain of vinyl strips that maintains visibility while helping separate spaces and manage airflow. The fire-resistant vinyl construction is self-extinguishing, offering an added safety feature for high-traffic or loading areas where quick passage is needed without compromising containment. The material’s clear strips support safe operation by preserving line-of-sight for personnel and equipment, while the smooth surface facilitates easy entry and exit.
This strip door is designed for environments requiring energy efficiency and cleanliness without heavy installation complexity. It is suitable for applications such as loading docks, cold storage, and manufacturing zones where lowering heating and cooling costs matters, and where low-temperature performance is beneficial. The vinyl remains pliable and functional in a range of conditions, with the standard rigid overlap header ensuring reliable alignment and consistent door operation. All doors are shipped pre-assembled for faster installation, though installation hardware is not included, and custom sizes or material options may be available through the factory.
Compatible with standard industrial door framing and installations that use a header-mount, standard overlap strip configuration, this unit is packaged as a single door (package size: each) and fits a 144 inch by 144 inch opening, providing a clear visual barrier without obstructing workflow. Maintenance is straightforward: periodic cleaning of the vinyl surface helps preserve transparency and extend service life, while inspecting the header and mounting hardware for wear ensures ongoing performance.
