Vestil TG-800-F-H-96-84 PVC Vinyl Strip Door provides a flexible barrier that helps control temperature, dust, and noise at doorways and loading areas. With a full-overlap header-mount design and 96 in. by 84 in. overall dimensions, this strip door is designed to create a clear, adjustable separation while allowing easy entry and exit for personnel and equipment. The vinyl strips are engineered to be self-extinguishing and fire resistant, contributing to safer workspace environments where rapid access and visibility are important. The smooth surface of the strips supports comfortable passage and minimizes snag points during use, while the translucent material offers visual access across the doorway.
The product is intended for environments that require energy management and contamination control without compromising workflow. Its clear strips provide line-of-sight while forming a barrier to drafts, fumes, and dust. The design supports simple installation, with shipping noted as pre-assembled; however, installation hardware is not included, so on-site hardware selection must align with the header-mount configuration and the specific doorway opening. The 96 in. x 84 in. footprint accommodates standard entryways, and the full overlap header style helps maximize seal against unwanted air transfer.
As with any strip door, consider the operational requirements of your space—traffic patterns, cleaning protocols, and the need for visibility—when selecting a size and material. This model’s full-overlap header and vinyl composition are compatible with typical header-mounted installations and can be paired with standard mounting components appropriate to your door frame and industrial setting.
