The Vestil TG-800-F-H-72-84 PVC Vinyl Strip Door is a full-overlap header-mount strip door designed to create a flexible barrier that helps control temperature, dust, and noise in industrial and commercial environments. The door uses clear vinyl strips to provide visual access while maintaining a physical separation, supporting safer, more efficient workflow across doorways, loading docks, and receiving areas. The self-extinguishing fire-resistant vinyl construction offers a degree of safety in spaces where ignition sources may be present, and the material maintains pliability at low temperatures to help ensure operability in refrigerated or cold environments.
This door is configured for full overlap, which means the strips meet fully across the opening, contributing to reduced drafts and improved energy efficiency. A smooth-surfaced design facilitates easy entry and exit for personnel and equipment, while the transparent strips preserve visibility to nearby activity, enhancing situational awareness at the doorway. The product is shipped as a pre-assembled unit, ready for installation, with hardware not included, so you can pair it with your existing mounting components and doorframe as needed. It is offered in a 72 inch by 84 inch footprint, making it suitable for standard door openings in warehouses, manufacturing spaces, and distribution centers.
When selecting this PVC vinyl strip door, consider the operating temperature range and the need for clear visibility at the doorway. The lightweight, flexible nature of vinyl strips supports quick passing of personnel and carts, while helping to minimize energy loss when the door is closed. Maintain the door per the factory guidance and verify that mounting hardware is compatible with your header-mitted installation to ensure a secure fit over time.
