The Vestil TG-600-F-H-84-96 PVC Vinyl Strip Door is a full-overlap, header-mount strip curtain designed to create a flexible barrier at doorways and openings. The 84 inch by 96 inch assembly uses clear vinyl strips to provide visual clarity while maintaining a barrier against dust, drafts, and noise. Its fire-resistant vinyl construction is self-extinguishing, and the smooth surface of the strips supports easy passage for personnel and equipment. The design aims to balance visibility with separation, helping to reduce energy loss and improve environmental control in industrial and commercial settings.
The product is configured as a header-mounted, full-overlap door with a standard strip curtain approach. The configuration supports consistent overlap across the doorway, contributing to reduced air leakage when the door is closed. The vinyl material is described as capable of deterring UV exposure in direct sunlight and performing across a range of temperatures, including low-temperature applications, while remaining pliable enough for frequent use. Installation hardware is not included, and customers should plan for compatible mounting and fasteners appropriate to their doorway framing. Where relevant, custom sizes and material options are available through the manufacturer.
This entry does not specify mounting hardware or exact material specifications beyond PVC vinyl, nor does it provide weight, thickness, or regulatory certifications. Buyers should verify door opening dimensions, substrate compatibility, and any facility-specific requirements before ordering. The package size is listed as Each, and the mounting design is Header with a Full overlap, ensuring a consistent seal along the doorway when installed with compatible hardware.
