Vestil TG-1600-F-H-168-120 PVC Vinyl Strip Door provides a flexible barrier for interior doorways and loading areas, helping to control temperature, dust, and noise while maintaining visibility and safety. The 168-inch by 120-inch clear strip assembly is designed with a full overlap header mount, creating a continuous curtain that reduces air drafts and energy loss when doors are opened or staged. The vinyl construction is fire resistant and self-extinguishing, offering a safer option for environments where flame resistance is a concern, while the clear strips preserve line of sight for worker awareness.
The door is constructed with a smooth-surfaced vinyl strip that remains pliable in a broad temperature range, contributing to easy passage for personnel and equipment. The design emphasizes ease of maintenance and quick installation, with all doors shipped pre-assembled and ready for mounting (installation hardware not included). This configuration supports maintaining a clean operating area by minimizing dust and fumes transmission and by dampening ambient noise in busy work zones.
This model uses a header mounting design with a full-overlap style, which is appropriate for doorways that require continuous sealing when closed. The package size is listed as per unit, and this product is categorized under Material Handling. Considerations for choosing this door include the need for visibility, sanitation and air control at entry points, as well as compatibility with existing doorway dimensions and mounting hardware availability. Because installation specifics and custom options are not included in this data, verify exact fit and hardware requirements with Vestil or the supplier before purchase.
