The Vestil TG-1600-F-H-144-144 PVC vinyl strip door provides a flexible barrier designed to help control temperature, dust, and noise in industrial and commercial settings. The full overlap header-mount configuration creates a continuous barrier of clear vinyl strips, enabling visibility while maintaining separation between spaces. This model prioritizes ease of installation by shipping pre-assembled and ready to install, with hardware not included.
Constructed with fire-resistant vinyl, the door is self-extinguishing, offering a safer option for high-traffic entry points such as loading docks and doorways exposed to sunlight. The clear strips preserve line of sight for pedestrians and equipment while the pliable vinyl remains functional in cooler working environments. The smooth surface of the strips supports comfortable entry and exit, reducing workflow friction in busy areas. The design aims to help minimize heating and cooling costs by reducing drafts and uncontrolled air exchange, contributing to energy efficiency in facilities with frequent door use.
This product is specified with a header mounting design and a full overlap style, measuring 144 inches by 144 inches, and is sold as a per-unit package. When selecting this door, consider the need for compatible mounting hardware, the door’s longevity in your climate, and any custom sizing options that may be available from the factory.
