The Vestil TG-1200-S-H-96-96 PVC vinyl strip door provides a flexible, economical barrier designed to help control temperature, dust, and noise at doorways and loading areas. The standard overlap header mounting configuration supports quick installation and an unobtrusive, clear visual line that preserves visibility while maintaining separation between spaces. This door is constructed from fire-resistant vinyl that is self-extinguishing, offering a safer perimeter option in environments where a pliable, low-cost barrier is advantageous.
The strips are designed to remain pliable in cold or variable conditions, helping to minimize drafts and energy loss without hindering foot traffic. The smooth surface of the strips supports easy passage for personnel and equipment, while the clear material maintains visibility for obstacle awareness. These features collectively contribute to reducing heating and cooling costs and protecting sensitive areas from stray dust, fumes, and light contamination. Standard practice is to order pre-assembled units (installation hardware not included), with customization options available through the factory for different sizes or materials as needed.
This model is specified with a header mounting design and standard overlap, sized at 96 inches by 96 inches, and is packaged as individual units. For best results, ensure compatibility with the door frame and mounting space on site, and confirm that installation hardware will be procured separately. Consider scheduling maintenance to inspect the vinyl’s pliability and the alignment of strips to preserve visual clarity and barrier effectiveness over time.
